Our meat-based fillings are made using only selected meats, cooked at low temperature in our kitchen to enhance their flavor and organoleptic properties.
We don't use creams
Our vegetable-based fillings are made using only vegetables that are washed, chopped, and sautéed.
We use only very thin pasta
Our pasta is extremely thin, allowing for quick cooking while maintaining excellent texture.
We recommend simplicity in seasoning
Our seasonings naturally release genuine flavors and do not require elaborate sauces.

We choose limited production
We believe that well-made things require time and attention. For this reason, we use only small-scale machinery and ensure the constant presence of skilled hands at every stage of the process.


ATP trays, if kept sealed in the refrigerator, preserve the freshness of the products until the date indicated on the label (25 days).
