



My passion for fresh pasta began in the 1970s when, drawing on my family's experience, I opened "Raviolino d'Oro" in the center of Cinisello Balsamo, a small shop selling homemade fresh pasta.
Since then, my guiding spirit has been to offer all my customers an excellent product, personally overseeing every stage of production with the same care with which you prepare a dish for your own family.
This goal has been achieved by maintaining essential values: the search for and selection of the finest raw materials, the perfect combination of ingredients, and the constant desire to understand and satisfy the specific needs of each customer.
With this spirit, "Raviolino d'Oro" has grown to become the current "Pastificio Barosi": a modern pasta factory spanning 2,000 square meters, which, respecting traditional Italian culinary recipes, combines, while respecting the The strictest food production standards, artisanal processing with technological innovation, ensure only high-quality, flavorful products.

It was 1970 when the “Raviolino d’Oro” opened in the center of Cinisello Balsamo, a shop selling “homemade fresh pasta, which marked the first step towards the birth of the current Pastificio Barosi.
After more than fifty years, the spirit of that artisan workshop continues to live on inside a very modern laboratory, which, despite being equipped with the highest technological standards, has never stopped making genuine and tasty products.


With a cutting-edge structure developed on a surface of 2500 m2, 4 modern production lines completely autonomous from each other and a production of fresh pasta that settles at 5000 kg per day, Pastificio Barosi looks to the future with optimism aiming at an even more widespread distribution.
Germany, France, Switzerland, Spain, Pastificio Barosi is today equipped to satisfy the requests coming from an ever-increasing number of countries, a proven and winning formula that successfully exports the quality and good taste of the products already widely consumed and appreciated in Italy.

We work to maintain the highest quality standards, certified by the I.F.S. certifications of 2011 and B.R.C. certifications of 2017, when the Pasta Factory also obtained the certification for the production of Organic Products.
